當步進(jìn)馬達丟步,或人為推動(dòng)平臺,使感應片感應到負向極限信號時(shí),這時(shí)再進(jìn)行原點(diǎn)復位,原點(diǎn)復位M接通后,步進(jìn)馬達不轉動(dòng),1PG模塊無(wú)脈沖輸出,用手往正方推開(kāi)極限感應,再回原點(diǎn),碰到極限感應后又不停止,一直在發(fā)脈沖,撞的好響,重新上電當沒(méi)感應到負極限時(shí)回原點(diǎn)又正常.請問(wèn)各位高手,有沒(méi)有好辦法使它感應到負向極限信號時(shí),再進(jìn)行原點(diǎn)復位,也能正;卦c(diǎn).我的回原點(diǎn)程序是這樣的,LDM8000 TO K0 K25 K4M450 K1 LDM11 OUTM456 (回原點(diǎn)起動(dòng)) LDX40 OUTM453(負向限位) LDX41 OUTM452(正向限位)謝謝了!
